    We would like to make this formal request to all eligible candidates to avail the benefits of innovatively designed job oriented training:

     

    Above mentioned training would be conducted in physical / online mode. This training would comprise of:

    1. Classroom learning
    2. Practical learning in market
    3. Industry expert lectures
    4. Evaluation and feedbacks
    5. Certification

    On the Job training would be a practical training facilitated by the core management team of IFS in which daily follow up and query handling would be carried out.

    On successful completion of both Practical & On the Job trainings of 6 month duration. The trainee would be inducted as executive member in the company i.e. Integrated Facilitation Services.

    The inducted candidates would also be supported by IFS in transforming themselves into successful ENTREPRENEURS in due course of time.

    CRITERIA FOR DIFFERENT PHASES OF TRAINING

    For 2 month training period

                1.Meet at least 50 prospective customers and submit their contact details and responses

                2.Attain at least 70% marks in all the EVALUATION TESTs both Final & Intermediaries

                3.minimum 10 successful sales (either physical or digitally or through calling)

    For 4 month on the job training

    1.   Successfully attain the target sales (either physical or digitally or through calling) in all the months and over achieve targets in at least 2 months

    2.   Influence and register at least 2 trainees for similar program

    3.   Read 5 books related to management, leadership and sales and submit their summary
